No, it’s first come first serve.

How does your application process work? +
You complete an app and it takes from 1-3 business day to complete the process. Once the app is approved you have 24 hrs to put a deposit to hold and we will hold the unit for 7 days.
How old do you have to be to apply? +
18 years or older
I want to get a pet. What do I do? +
All pets must be preapproved by the office
I want to have an additional person move in. What do I do? +
Contact our office, they will have to summit and app and be approved prior to moving in
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do? +
Contact our office and fill out add or remove roommate addendum
Is the deposit refundable? +
Yes (all deposits have to be refundable) it is contingent upon the condition of which you leave the property compared to what it was like prior to your move in.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do? +
Summit your 30 day notice to vacant
What do you screen for during a background check? +
Criminal, credit and rental history
What happens if I don’t pay my rent? +
If rent is not paid by the 8th we will issue a 72 hr notice and file an eviction with the courthouse
When can I see your properties? +
Our office hours are Monday- Friday 8am -5pm
When is rent due? +
Rent is due on the 1st with a grace period of the 4th
Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests? +
The owner unless it’s a tenants caused item then it’s the tenants responsibility
Who needs a co-signer? +
If they have bad credit or don’t meet the income qualifications.
Why do other websites like Craigslist and Zillow update more slowly that your site? +
